Need me a Wordpress blog manager

Hi all. I currently manage my primary blog at http://tinyurl.com/4x8ycn. I would like someone to manage a new blog I am working on. This work would include adding the posts (which I'll provide the text), and incorporating all the extra things that make a blog really come to life and get noticed: adding an image for each post, adding SEO, managing plugins, etc... I would love to do it myself, but I am already working 60+ hours a week.
