affwidget doesn't work

Dear Support,

I have tried to upload the affwidget twice and it still doesn't work.

After I have uploaded the folder to the plugin folder and activate it from wordpress plugins, I inserted the affwidget into my side bar. I edited and save my clickbank id but the widget doesn't work. On my blog where I inserted the affwidget, it shows a corner of my blog page instead, and a message that reads "The file that you requested does not exist".

Please advice how to get the widget to work, thanks.
