Paid Blogging - No Opportunities Offered For My Country

I recently bought Gobala's blogpaycheck and is following it step by step..However, I discover that most paid blogging opportunities (Take for eg. Payperpost) are not offered to my country. Most of them are available only to US resident.

Is there a way that I could get over this and participate on those offer as well? Because I live where Gobala is..
