problems upgrading wp

hey everyone.
after upgrading in cpanel fantastico one click lost everything. this is what shows on the site now and when logged into wp:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_the_terms() (previously declared in /home/ay54321/public_html/howtodietblog/wp-includes/category-template.php:494) in /home/ay54321/public_html/howtodietblog/wp-content/plugins/sem-extract-terms/sem-extract-terms.php on line 229

just wandering if anyone has any clues to the above post? want to fix it and also upgrade other sites etc. thanks.

It looks like you have a plugin that is not compatible with the new WP version. Looks like a SemiLogic Pro plugin named sem-extract-terms? You will need to de-activate the plugin until you get an updated version.
You might check with Denis at SemiLogic Pro about updating the plugin.
