Directory Submitter Master File links

could someone give me an example of "anchor text" the website
above indicates the easy way to do this is by entering all my site
details, "a few different anchor text" what is anchor text please?

It speaks of sorting columns to start with the free directories first?
Columns from where? Directory submitter?

It speaks of uploading the raw HTML file "attached here" in to my
server and name it (resource.HTML) or whatever. I've been having
unanswered permanent problems so I'm using the default settings.

How do I point it to the directories.html as the link back URL?
And finally I'm unclear on testing the directory submission method
by listing my site in your WordPress blog directory. I do have a
Word press website.

I would really appreciate it if you could help me to get this
master file uploaded and my website link pointing correctly to the
uploaded directory.

The master file will not download at the site anyway.
