Installing Plugins

Hi,

I am trying to install some plugins to my wordpress blog but have ran into a problem. I have installed around 8 plugins using my FTP program but my dashboard is only showing 4.

Can someone please advise where I am going wronh

You've most probably uploaded the wrong folders for some of your plugin. Read each of the plugins install instructions carefully, especially on the part of what files and folders you need to upload to, and where.

How much webspace do you have available? Worth checking that too in case you've gone over quota. I've had that happen when trying to upload more templates.

If they aren't showing up, you probably uploaded them incorrectly.

Sometimes when you unzip the files, they are embedded within a self-named folder (twice), which WordPress is not going to recognize upon install. Check to see if you have this situation.
