Default Anyone familiar with FirePow?

Have you heard of "FirePow"?

Looks pretty impressive. Just wondering if anyone in here is using it.

John

Looks like a great get-rich scheme for the tool owner, but the method looks pretty spammy. You'd be lucky to last 6 months in Google before they discovered what you're doing & filter you out.

Hi Cory,

Never gave much thought to that possibility. Doesn't Google look for spam indicators like mass number of pages, duplicate content, footprints left from using same theme over and over, thousands of blogs hosted on same server, etc?

I don't think any of these are an issue in this program unless the user makes them an issue. At least from what I have read anyway. What method are you referring to?

Thanks for the feedback,
John

What I was referring to, was basically the idea of auto-generating an entire blog, which is what FirePow appears to do. These types of websites are short-term money making schemes from what I've seen/read. In other words, setting up a FirePow-based blog might get you some traffic and/or make some AdSense money for a couple months, but these types of sites get filtered out in less than a year. Because of this, you're constantly going to have to create new sites, market them, etc.

I think you're better off creating a site w/ your own content (most of it at least), marketing it & getting traffic off of it for a lifetime. As a for instance... I started a Playstation PSP blog the year that it was released (2004 I believe) - I posted game reviews and just featured Amazon products. A lot of work was done back in 04-05, but little since and yet I still get traffic and sales on the Amazon products.

Trust me, I'm always looking for shortcuts, for ways to blog faster & more efficiently and to make more money. I would be extremely wary of trying a program like FirePow though, since the motive is really on the seller's end - he doesn't care if you get banned, since you've already paid for the tool.

Evaluate get rich quick schemes very carefully... usually there's a catch.

Cory

This happened to bloggergenerator too. It's pretty cool piece of software, but if you use it properly then it won't raise a red flag. I think we can do it naturally without getting banned by G**gle. Question is, do you prefer to make money from 5 blogs that generate USD 2000 /month or 100 blogs that generate USD 1 each blog ?
