I read the guidelines and have questions.
You may not SHOUT, SCREAM, YELL in posts or thread titles except for minimal emphasis only. No swearing in thread titles. < How is this done? I don't understand the meaning. I am new to all this stuff!
· Only direct links are allowed in the postings, recruitment drive on MLM, investment programs, HYIP, insurance & unit trust either online or offline programs are strictly prohibited within the forum. < Can someone explain this one to me? I understand recruitment drive, but what are the rest?
