Blogging for Traffic -- the BEST Strategy?

I have a serious question, maybe you could
send in your feedback right away:

If you had to rely on just one "traffic-getting" source of
traffic to your BLOG, what would that be?

I've asked this question on other forums and I find
it amazing to uncover new traffic strategies and techniques...

My response is this -- blog commenting -- I think this is
a long-term strategy and for as long as blogs exit
it will never fail, or disappear.

I would also say that Article Writing is an effective and easy way to get more traffic to your blog site. There are plenty of free or free with the option to upgrade e-zine article directories around Buzzle and IdeaMarketers are two good ones. Choose one or more which have a high ranking, write a lot of good articles with plenty of 'meat' in them. Don't write a load of fluff and vary your articles. Submitting the same article to each directory isn't a good idea. I hope this helps you
