Default Help on a Blogging Issue

Blogger has just closed all but one of my sites. Allegedly, in the generic message, I have apparently crossed the line and am attempting to spam, gain higher ratings etc. I am shocked, as I absolutely abhor spam and all 'black hat' methods. I am though, wondering, since two of the blogs were only cloaking blogs to cover affiliate links (to prevent commission theft) and one blog did not have anything posted on it as yet, if the reason they have chosen to lock me out is because of the cloaking blogs.

In the one blog remaining open I did not have any need to use a cloaking blog.

I do know, from an extremely reliable source, that use of a blog purely for cloaking purposes, has been allowed in the past. Though he did advise that he used a separate account for cloaking blogs, whilst I have just used the same account.

Can anyone pour any light onto this somewhat perplexing situation. I am totally held up in everything, as yet no response from Blogger, though I immediately lodged a request.
