Need a second wordpress blog

I already have one blog with WordPress

uploaded with my web hosting service. My question
is how can I have (another separate) WordPress blog?

I would like to advertise another product without
using the free WordPress blogging service. Can anyone
help me with the information in doing this.

I love WordPress and I prefer to use all the benefits
of the paid WordPress service. Thank you very much
for anyone who could provide information on obtaining
a additional WordPress blog.
