RSS feed in wordpress is automatically come with the blog. You dont need to activate it.
To get your blog rss feed url, just add feed/ behind ur blog url.
For example: http:
www.yourdomain.com then your rss feed url is http:
www.yourdomain.com/feed/
If you blog is at http:
www.yourdomain.com/blog then your rss feed url is http:
www.yourdomain.com/blog/feed/
