You asked for comments on your header. I suggest shortening the subtitle so it doesn't wrap, as it does in my browser. If you removed "the" and added an "s" to "marketer", that might make the difference.
If you could make the main title a bit bigger and add some "padding" (as it says in the CSS) between, that would be good, too.
If not, how about all caps for the main title. I believe the theme it was designed for all caps, and that's why there is not enough leading when there's a descender (the "g" in Marketing).
Mainly, though, I'd shorten the subtitle.
BTW, I'm not seeing any Adsense ads at all--just big empty spaces. That makes the sidebar arrangement look very odd. It also overemphazes the Links at the expense of the other widgets.
Unsolicited comment #1: You could really use some graphics.
Unsolicited comment #2: The left column (where texts of the posts are) is a bit wide in relation to the size of the type. That makes it harder to read the type. (Technically the eye has difficulty tracking from the right end of one line to the left end of the next one.)
If you can't narrow the column, how about making the type a bit larger? That would open up the page a lot.
Then, to make sure visitors notice all your posts, you could break them with the "read more" command. That gives you less displayed text in relation to the number of post headings on the front page, increasing readability by opening up the page.
Unsolicited comment #3: You really need to add a photo (or at last a logo or related graphic) and a nice intro about yourself to the About page.
I hope this helps. I'm a publication designer by education and training (BA in journalism, minor in graphic design, trained in book design at a publishing house, have designed websites and supervised web projects for corporations). So I'm not *totally* talking off the top of my head.
Best wishes for success,
