Hi Azni,

I like the online dating guide blog, especially the top image adsense ad. Here are some of the suggestion i can mention here:
1) Can you custom design the header image? Since the regulus theme allow you to use own banner image, the current one is not too relevant to dating topic.

2) The search box on the right hand side seems have some errors, try to correct it.

3) Too much adsense ad in the blog, try to take out the bottom of the right hand nav bar.

4) Is it necessary to put the website in the directories link page? I would suggest you put up affiliate link if they have, if not, take out that. It doesn't help your site "sticky" to your readers, all of them will run away from your site through this links. Unless it is affiliate link.

5) Put some picture in the post, picture mean more than thousand words.

About the diet blog:
1) Try to match the banner length with your blog length

2) Again, too much adsense ads, the more doesn't mean the better.

3) I would suggest you take out the left hand side adsense.

4) More pictures.....

Test with several method of adsense over the time until you can a better CTR. Remember, practise make perfect.

Nice blog but here are a few suggestions. It seems that your site contents are mainly copied and pasted from other sites (accourding to copyspace.com).
