Thank you for responding. You left out the best one Adobe photoshop elements 5.0.

That is not what I meant, I can create a header, but what I was looking for
is how to incorporate the header into a blog. Does one use a table or what?

I've been trying all day to find a Free script to produce a simple opt in list for a newsletter, want to gather some email addresses.

And then how to put that form into a Widget on wordpress blog
