I am a newbie so basically I don't know anything about what really matter here. Last time I have tried few money-making stuffs like this but it doesn't make sense to me ... Well, maybe at that time I am not so much into stuffs like this so they never really make me.

Welcome onboard! Please read the following post in order to get your mindset correct at the first time. I don't mean to be arrogant here but I am telling the truth.

Tallking about making money from adsense is not a get rich quick scheme, if you are not willing to spend time to learn how to create blog, make post and make money from adsense. I suggest you DO NOT try this. It is just another attempt to waste your time. It is better for you to focus on your job as it is no need invest into your time to build, just work and work and work.

I don't know how many and which "few money-making" stuffs you have tried, but there are many people around you trying to sell you new program and program. You must learn in depth before go into it, listening other people can cause you a fortune if you got the right one. On the other hand, it will cause you disaster and lost money.

To help you to find it right, you need to ask yourself few questions here.
1) What are you looking at?
2) Why are you looking at this?
3) Are you willing to spend hours of time to learn and learn and learn?
4) What is your action plan if I make up my mind to do it?
5) What is your deadline to complete your projects and are you have a plan for this?
6) Are you willing to stay until the end of the project no matter what?

If you think you still want to continue to learn from this forum, I would like to help you to get started by referring you this Wordpress Beginner guide post. Remember, think doesn't think as easy as you are, just build a blog and start making money... you must have a farmer altitude. Do you know how much time farmer spend in thier argicultural farm before cultivated?

I totally agreed with steven, adsense is not get rich programme. you have to spend time and research to make it work. But if you have the patience you will make it in one day.

Do not woory, careful about all those hype sales letter and before invest on anything think twice. And try get as many advice from the people in this line, but is a fact not all gurus is willing to give an 100% tips. But there are still you get litter tips here and there in the forum.

My 2 sens worth. Do let me know if you need my help in any way even though i am not a guru but i will try.
