Hi Gobala, Kevin, and Steven,

Thanks for the kind words and encouragement. I have much work ahead and have to work around a full time job and an active family schedule. I am really enjoying the fact that I am learning so much.

Right now, my main focus is on creating useful content that will draw readers to my blog. I have removed all the adsense (temporarily) because I want to encourage people to stay and read my blog rather than to surf off to some other site. Once I develop a following and create more traffic, I will begin to do more marketing.

I just changed my theme and I need to do some work to enhance it. I want to get a main menu put up with a link to a page to describe my mission for this blog and a link to a bio page.

I will, also, very soon, get a picture of myself to put on there and personalize the site better.

So you see, there's so much to do in so little time, but with persistance, you will see a wonderful transformation into a great blog.

nice to hear that, well in my thoughts there is no such thing as so little time. Most importantly, you must have deep thoughts in everything you do so that it won't be a lame one...

If you need time to do it...than take ur time..just that don't take too long but let it be not to in a hurry..

as you mentioned you have a full day time job and a family to handle, be sure to know which to prioritize, this way you'll have much more fun learning for your online biz..
