Meet Rakawi Ling, The Guy Who Makes Your Life Easier
Rakawi Ling is the guy you’ll only meet when you run into some sort of problem here at EasyWordpress.com - which can be quite often indeed ![]()
Rakawi is the strong pillar of EasyWordpress.com and he handles all support inquiries via our support helpdesk and in the support forums.
Taking over from Steven Wong since November 2007, Rakawi actually joined my support team in March 2007 from a job opportunity offer I made to my subscribers. He has since has made my life much easier in terms of providing timely, professional support to all EasyWordpress members, affiliates and customers. He’s also temporarily in charge of InternetMillionaires.com.my until I find another team member for that project.
Rakawi is from Kuching, Sarawak, which is in East Malaysia and on the island of Borneo. He’s 24 this year and he studied at INTI College Sarawak, with a Bachelors of Computer Science Degree from University of Wollongong and also an MBA from University of Southern Cross. It’s safe to say that education-wise, he’s no dud!
From February 2008, Rakawi will be my first full-time team member with a regular paycheck, commissions, bonuses and more. Officially, he’ll be the Support and Operations Manager of my company and he’ll be in charge of not only EasyWordpress.com but all my other sites as well. You’ll be seeing much more of him in the future, that’s for sure.
It wasn’t until two months ago that Rakawi told me he picked up blogging after reading my ebook, Wordpress Adsense System. For me personally, there’s no better testimonial that his and I feel glad to have at least helped one person in the world to master a useful skill.
Rakawi is an Anime fan (something I know nothing about) so let me list down some his blogs, go check them out yourself and subscribe to his RSS feeds.

Osiris Anime is his blog where he shares his love for anime. Got a good PR3 here with 50+ RSS subscribers.

Osiris Games is more about gaming in general, gaming consoles, review of anime games and more. A PR2 here with some really interesting content.
Unlike the writers and contributors here who get precious links back to their own blogs, the support and back office people rarely get the recognition they deserve even though they work equally hard. So if Rakawi has made your life any easier in the past months, I’d appreciate if you can leave a comment here and thank him for it.

"One of My All-Time Top Affiliates..."

Gobala, that was very nice of you to mention. It is actually rare to see the people behind the scenes who do a great job. (the same applies to the hospitality industry where I came from).
Seeing Rakawi’s name mentioned here just allowed me to get to know another “family member” of your online “emporium”.
Rakawi, if you read this, congratulations for achieving what you did and I wish you much success in your journey. I look forward to seeing you around here sometime on the front end too.
Thanks Gobala, for the great intro. I know you were going to do an intro post for me, but didn’t expect to see it so soon
Hey Monika, thanks for the welcome as well. I seldom comment, but I’ve been enjoying your posts both here and at the Writer’s Manifesto.
Let me know if I can help in any way
Rakawi,
You are welcome and thank you too for the nice comment. If I’m ever stuck technically I know where to go now.
