If there are no answers, you can start a new thread and someone will answer your post and assist you.
Please note that this is a private forum, and not owned or managed by Automattic Inc, the creators and developers of the Wordpress software. Therefore should you need support on serious issues (security, bugs etc) you should contact the developer’s forum:
