The Best of Easy WordPress in 2007

It’s time for those end of year well wishes to all our frequent and not so frequent readers here on Easy WordPress. Many of you are probably busy soaking up the party scene somewhere and others like me decided to spend some time today online with business as usual.

2007 is drawing to an end and it has been fun on my end at least to become part of Gobala’s blogging staff. Blogging is a creative outlet for me to share my knowledge and help others learn too. Blogging is all about successes and failure much like our life journey and in some respects it is a very personal platform (even if we are business bloggers), because our personality is injected into what we write.

Upon reflection I see that I’m much more fluent with my writing than I am as a talker. I don’t even consider myself very social and am definitely not a party animal (maybe that is why I work instead of partying with the rest of the world). For me the epitome of social happiness is by spending quality time with my husband and my best friends. Trouble is, that most of my best friends are spread throughout the world, which makes it very hard for regular get togethers.

But thanks to skype, video cam’s, telephone and mobile phones we can stay in touch. I’m thankful for what life has offered me this year - a new direction and a new business. It is exciting to anticipate the new year and what it might bring and for some reason I’m confident that it will be great!

I’ve made some really good friends online and some of you are also reading this blog. Nothing is more satisfying than knowing that what we do achieves some sort of purpose.

I am really new to blogging, and stumbled across the easywordpress site and decided to invest some money in the Word Press System - really the best money I have spent since starting in the ‘blogosphere’. One of the really good bonuses was to stumble across http://www.blogthememachine.com/ I decided to invest in a custom design, and now I am combining what I have learnt from the word press system onto a beautiful custom designed site - if you have the money..invest in both..I really am sooooooo glad I found this site.
