I know of where I speak, for I am a former wife of a Vietnam vet (two tours-Marine Corps). While we've learned a lot, there is still much we can, and must learn, from each other. Awesome... Squidoo's dashboard lets you track detailed stats for each lens, including what search phrases are bringing you there. I am not an SEO or traffic expert, but that lens takes top place on Google for "pyramid kite," page 1 for "build a kite" and page 2 for "make a kite." Someone who really knew what they were doing could probably rake in the cash. I'm just a hobbyist who enjoys making Squidoo lenses, but I enjoy getting $100+ a month (it's going up by $10-20 each month) for my Squidoo lenses, which receive a cut of Squidoo's adsense revenue plus the occasional Amazon affiliate commission. Other Squidoo lensmasters make more with 3rd-party affiliate marketing, or by promoting their own online shops and products.
