After only 10 days from the previous release of Wordpress 2.0.6, Today contributing developer Mark Jaguith had just announce the latest version Wordpress 2.0.7 which address the problem on the PHP security and Feedburner issue.

This is just a minor update and you do not have to update all your Wordpress files if you’re upgrading from version 2.0.6. List of files that have being changed since 2.0.6

  • wp-admin/inline-uploading.php
  • wp-admin/post.php
  • wp-includes/classes.php
  • wp-includes/functions.php
  • wp-settings.php
  • wp-includes/version.php

I’m not sure about you but I might wait for the next big release which is set to launch a week from now since I have already implement the previous fix with only the feedburner issue.

Those who wish to go on with this update can do so by downloading the update. More info are available here.
