The developer from Joostdevalk had just released a quite useful plugin known as the No Directory plugin.

By just implementing The NOODP and NOYDIR meta tags used in this plugin you can force the search engine to use your own description and title for your site, instead of those in DMOZ or the Yahoo Directory.

Installation is straight forward, just download it, unzip, put it in your plugin folder and activate it. The next thing to do is to add a few lines of code to your header and you’re set.

From within the option menu, you can even choose to enable one of the two or neither.

check it out.
